February is a great birding month, with the Great Backyard Bird Count and National Bird Feeding Month combined. For me, the highlight came just yesterday, with the smallest sharp-shinned hawk I've ever seen paying a close visit - it's always a treat to see a raptor. But the rest of the month, I've been busy adding a lot of great content to the site: more than two dozen new articles, profiles and reviews. Some of this month's highlights include...
- Make a Pine Cone Bird Feeder
- How to Attract Thrushes
- Birding Festivals in March
- Birding With Newcomers
- Eco Fly-Thru Mealworm Feeder
What new content would you like to see in March? I'm always open to suggestions (leave your ideas in the comments), and be sure to sign up for the free newsletter or "like" About.com Birding on Facebook so you don't miss a thing!
