This week's featured bird is the second most populous penguin on earth - the chinstrap penguin population is estimated at 17-18 million birds today. Aptly named for their thin facial line that looks like the strap holding on their dark crown "helmet", these Antarctic-dwelling penguins are easy to recognize.
