This week's featured bird is a secretive one - the marsh wren prefers to stay hidden deep in reeds, just where it's hardest for birders to get a good look. Fortunately, this bird's liquid gurgle is a distinctive song that can help with identification even without the best view, and the bold eyebrow and back streaking field marks are easy to see at a glance.
