To raise awareness about the threats to vultures and how important these unique birds are to the world's ecosystems, Vultures Rock is sponsoring a poetry contest for children ages 8-12. Entrants can submit up to two poems about vultures, and both submissions and winning poems may be published on the website. Three winners will receive iPod Shuffles. All entries must be submitted online no later than October 10.
